usually companies hire at 16, but i know a few places that hire 14+. you should try working at some place that sells food or possibly see if you could bag groceries (although where i live is 16). however, even though you can work that many hours, because of your age you won't be able to. you fill out a work permit and it usually says how many hours you can work depending on your age. & when you do find someone who is hiring and you're old enough, impress that person. also get to know him and ask questions - do not be afraid to ask! - see if you can get an application and set up an interivew. good luck!

You could try treasure trooper. I use that site and have made a bit of pocket cash. I'm actually offering a few contests on my blog for the people who sign up under me in the month of August. I have payment proof in there too. If you are interested just check my blog out at http://melbelshebel.blogspot.com
I hope you enjoy my blog, let me know if it was what you are looking for. I have been paid over $1100 from the site but you can easily make more.

It's online but it's really handy since you can do it whenever you want and your mom should approve.

It's not a lot of money or even a real job for that matter... just a way to earn some extra cash in your spare time filling out free surveys online. You only have to be 13 to sign up and it's completely free.

Sign up at http://urlkiss.com/4k and get $3 JUST to join. Minimum payout is $15. That means you just have to earn $12 to receive a check and see that it's legit for yourself. I made $500+ last month just doing surveys.

Good luck in your money making quest :)

Try working at Walgreens. They like to hire high school students and you can learn to run a cash register, develop photos, and other things. If your mom talks to the manager and explains how responsible and eager to learn you are, it may help.

Try to go to your local colleges or universities, they usually need help in their book stores, libraries or cafe. They have night classes, so they need some one there to serve their students.
