I've had bacon wrapped around chicken livers, sliced water chestnuts and onion pieces.
Rumaki:
Separate the heats from the livers, separate the livers, remove excess fat. Put the livers and hearts in: soy sauce, crushed garlic, grated fresh ginger over night.
Next day wrap bacon slices around a piece of liver, a slice of chestnut and a wedges of onion with a wooden toothpick, lay on oven pan and bake 'til crispy.
