if my bf's birthday is right before Christmas, do i bring two gifts one for his bday and the other for christmas? or how does it go, thanks for the help

Why not give him a gift for each occasion on the designated day? Then you get to have two separate days where you two are having a special moment to look forward to. Gift giving is usually a very tender thing between lovers. I'd enjoy it as much as possible if I were you.

I have to deal with this. My son's Birthday is Dec 22nd. And I keep his birthday completely separate from Christmas. But one year he wanted something big. He asked me to give him the One big thing instead of 2 smaller things. Talk to your bf and ask him how he prefers it. It really sucks for those who have a birthday so close to Christmas. Just talk to him and ask his opinion. Or ask someone close to him, Mom, or sister.

You could go either way. It depends on the cost and effort for the gift. There is always V-day, and other days you can give other gifts.

Yeah, you can either bring two gifts
or something pretty expensive that he's wanted or asked for - both occasions.

Definately 2 gifts. My sister is born close to Xmas and is always lamenting the fact that people combine and give her just one present. She thinks that's cheap... The only exception would be buying him something extravagant!
