how to become a naturalist?????????

i am a 2nd year student in 4 year B.E. degree course in electrical engg.....
i have a deep interest in nature and i want to become a naturalist......
can u please sujjest me how to do it................
i had biology as one of my subjects in 12th grade........
iam from india.....
can you all help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naturalist is a term is describe people like you who have deep interst in Nature. There is not a list of things to follow and after you become a Naturalist. It's not a status or a membership.

You don't have to make trips to National Park or live near one to be a naturalist. You can spend the rest of your life in the big city. Youd don't have to join any Envrionmental Organizations to become a naturalist. You don't have to use organic or recycle to become a naturalist. You don't have to be active in issues or go to the protests.

Then, of course, as a naturalist, you can do all the above.

To me, you already take the first step. You are interest in nature. Start paying more attention to issues related to Nature - environment, wildlife, preservation, consevation, as well as issues on our society.

YOU TRAVEL WIDELY. YOU NOTE THE FACT THAT THERE IS NOW GARBAGE EVERYWHERE ON THE PLANET. YOU SEE THAT THE WILDLIFE POPULATION IS LOSING IT'S STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE. THEN, LET YOUR CONSCIENCE BE YOUR GUIDE. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT BE CUT OUT TO BE A NATURALIST.
