I am getting a nutritionist to set up a diet plan for me.

I am 5' weigh 120 pounds (and DO NOT say i'm thin because i'm pretty chubby everyone admits it)

Do you think it is possible for me to lose 10-15 lbs. by Thanksgiving by following a nutritionists' diet plan and exercise!???? THANK YOU

Well it's a little hard for me to tell you if you don't post the nutritionist's diet plan but chances are if you stik to it you will succeed. Here are some other diet ideas that you can have the nutritionist look over:

-Drink lots of water. This will flush out your system. Avoid soda, diet soda and sugary juices.
-Have balanced meals. When you can get fruits, veggies, carbohydrates and proteins in every meal. Cut down on deserts. For calcium instead of whole milk try skim, 1% milk or Calcium & Vitiman D enriched orange. For protein try beans and tofu instead of meat.
-Create a good execise plan. Try 50 crunches a day (in sets of 25) for 2 days then try 100. Instead of driving try walking or jogging. When you want a snack grab carrots, celery or trail mix instead of a candy bar.

At 5 feet tall, I can see how you might want to lose weight. A standard rule is 100 lbs for the first 5 feet then add 5 lbs for each inch above that.. Personally, I do believe that it is possible. I lost 10 lbs in a month when I first began Atkins. I don't want to influence your dietary decision at all. Your nutritionist will ,no doubt, do right by you. The important thing is that you stay committed.

Of course...anything is possible...just stick to the diet and exercise plan and i am sure that you will lose more than that by Thanksgiving....good luck and i know that you can do it....never give up...losing weight can be hard....but just keep on pushing...you can do it!!

if you stick to it you will, it is hard to loose weight so you really have to work hard and stay away from anything not on the diet.

i think its definitely pssible but 10-15 lbs??? why? 5ft. 120lbs. is good!
