Usually when this happens it is because your feet swell a little bit when you run, and at some point they have swollen enough that your shoes are too tight. You might try a different lacing style, or buy bigger shoes next time.

As others have said, sounds like the shoes are too tight, loosen up your laces before running, and the next time you buy shoes go at least a 1/2 size higher then you normally would.

If you try leaving more room in your shoes as suggested by the first answer and it doesn't make things better then please see your dr. I have peripheral neuropathy and what you describe is how my feet felt when I was first diagnosed. It could also be poor circulation and that needs to be dealt with too.
Please don't take a chance with your health and see a dr.

the best possibility is that you muscles are growing to fast for your blood to be pumped through them. take a couple days and rest. then try running again and see what happens. if it persists, call your doctor and be sure to drink plenty of water.
