nihilism is a viewpoint that traditional values and beliefs are unfounded and that existence is senseless and useless (or a doctrine that denies any objective ground of truth and especially of moral truths)

With that in mind, "No one here gets out alive" expresses that feeling of senselessness and uselessness.

Personally, I do not subscribe to this viewpoint.
