You can be everything that Christians are supposed to represent, so there is no reason you could not be a good Christian. Just expect some pious attitudes where fellow Christians may chastise you for your choice (way too many, so called, Christians take that attitude).
I found it a lot easier being childfree once I converted to Buddhist.

Having children is a personal choice, and having children (or not) isn't an indicator of where someone's at with their spiritual walk. Also, medical issues can make it not possible to have children, even if you DO want to.
If the married couple in question (whether it includes you or not) is getting grief from their church or their pastor about being childless, then they should consider finding another church.

Well there is no "good Christians". Christianity isn't based on works and what not.. SO I don't think God will open the heavens and strike this couple down.. however, God has a sense of humor.. so this couple should be prepared for anything, nothing is impossible..God has been known to work miracles.. in people who don't like kids, becoming people who do.. :p

Sure. Should they lie about their mutual aversion to children, no. But, In my OPINION, it depends on how they actually treat children, just like it depends on how they treat other people they don't like, when they are around them. Being a Christian is an action adn responsibility, not a title or simply a characterization.

yup. because god doesn't demand that couples have children. some people are infertile, god doesn't consider them any less christian either. even if your childlessness is by choice, that doesn't mean that your faith and obedience to god is any less negligent. as far as i know, god's only stipulation is that IF children are born, they are to be born to a married couple and raised with chrisitan beliefs. i don't think god would expect you to take on the responsibility of children if you don't feel that you could love and care for them properly.
also, i am a sociology student conducting an anonymous study on marriage and children. if you are interested, visit: http://geocities.com/sbiv37/marr

Of course. If you believe and trust in God and have accepted Jesus as your personal savior, you are a christian. As simple as that. I don't believe that there are "good christians" or "bad christians". We are all on this earth to do the best that we can do and we all screw up from time to time. Lots of christians never have children and it in no way affects their faith.

Absolutely.
My husband and I are Christian and were childfree until we had twins by surprise. Parenting is not for everyone; it is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of or feel like less of a christian for.

Aren't Christians supposed to accept everyone no matter what? Just because people don't want kids or don't have any does not make them "horrible" Christians. If they have their love and faith for God, then why should it matter? Remeber not everyone shares the same views and values on religion. I am Catholic, but I don't always agree with everything Catholics say or do, but that does not make me less faithful to God.

You sure can! Having kids doesn't make you any more or any less Christian. I don't exactly dislike kids, but I don't want any of my own, either. :)
