Undustify, can I trademark this word?

and how do I get that little trademark symbal, I want to play with it! I have a Microsoft Media Keyboard with Windows Vista Premium! thanks!

Yes.

Surprisingly, all you need to do to call something a trademake is to start using it as such. To get a _registered_ trademark you need to apply to the US Patent and Trademark Office (www,uspto.gov). One thing that they will look at is whether or not you have been using the term as a trademark, so you might as well start using it now.
