I have been shopping around to buy a half ton American pick up truck. Now each dealer claims that their trucks are the best in resale value.
What do you think? Which truck has the best resale value?
Note: I am not talking about imported crap which is out of my consideration. Opinions on American trucks only!!!

The trucks I am considering to buy are Ram 1500 SLT with Hemi, Silverado 1500 LE1 with 5.3L, Sierra 1500 SLE with 5.3L, and F-150 XLT with 5.4L. Thanks again!~

chevy trucks have the best resale val, as i had mine 4 6 years and only lost 5 grang on the resale , but it was in great cond

I'd go to something like Kelly Blue Book and look up trucks from maybe 2000, and see what their average value is now. Then compare that with the average price new, and there's your answer!
