You should be very honest (don't forget to be compassionate). And be sure to do it in person. It will be hard but it is what she deserves and it will make it easier for her to move on.

Sorry, bud, but there is no right way. You just have to look her in the eye and be honest. Don't call or email, talk to her to her face. But be prepared...she's not going to be happy. There's no easy way out, but you have to be a man and tell her the truth. Be sure to let her know the real reasons why you're leaving. Don't patronize her.

I am not a man, but, if someone wanted to break it off with me, I would want him to be very civil about it with honesty and as courteous as he possibly can be, just imagine how u would want someone to say it to you if you were the person being broken up with. Good Luck!!!!!!!!. If u can not be civil with this person because of their emotional immaturity, then be candid and go on about your business, but, when u break it off, don't go back because u will ultimately be sending her mixed messages, be clear.

It's immature to try to not be the bad guy. If you are mature you don't look at it as a good guy/bad guy thing.
Just be up front with her that things are not working and you do not see a future. She may be upset, but she is going to be upset no matter how you dump her.

i think the best way is to tell her your honest reasons for breaking up and talking to her in person. then, give it sometime and don´t start dating someone else straight away, and definitely not right in front of her.

Don't just disappear. Tell her in person that this relationship is not what you hoped it would be. Anything you say will hurt for awhile, but the sooner she knows the sooner she will get over it.

Tell them the truth. Don't lie. You can not make it an easy breakup if she already cares. So be honest. It's easy, no lies to remember and she will understand more then if she thinks you are making it up.

the best way is to tell her point blank that you don' t like her any longer and that this relationship can no longer progress.
