There are some hand-made traditional sausages in Greece, mostly on Syros island, but elsewhere too, flavoured with orange and/or finocchio. These are the best sausages!

Oh, the sausages at the 'catsfield village sausage shop' are by far the most varied and the best!
Chicken and chilli are great but traditional cumberland are my fave! x

It's got to be Cumberland made to the original recipe and full of black pepper, delicious. Findlays of Edinburgh make them them, mail order for some.

chorizo sausage is really nice its flevoured with pimenton and garlic. its really tasty. but you cant beat a cumberland sausage with mash and gravy!

We are fortunate to have a German butcher near where I live Cincinnati/No Ky, and he makes his own sausages to sell. His best are spinach and asiago cheese brats....They are to die for!
