I LOST 8 POUND IN 2 1/2 WEEKS. BUT IT IS VERY STRESSFULL TO LOOSE WIEGHT. I WOULD HAVE TO MISS ALL THAT GOOD FOOD THAT MY MOMMA MAKE. AND IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE.... WHAT SHALL I DO??

easy, take small portion of food all the time..

In that way, your body know it will get food all the time and it will less tend to store food :) hehe and it makes your metabolisme rate higher

and drink lots water so that it can cleanses the toxic out of ya body :)

and.. do some exercise.. like walking in the mall..do some window shopping for 2hours :p and.. you have done your exercise mate!

Its not expensive. Just eat less and exercise more. You can eat good tasting food just don't eat a lot of it. Run a few miles everyday.

i hav a pretty good strategy, not a torturing way. drink much of water! makes your tummy full and to make it better, drink sweet ones. it may lose ur appetite. or u can do sports, and when u r thirsty, u drink a lot and it loses ur appetite.

eat healthy, cut out fried fatty foods, east fruits and veggies small amounts of proteins, no sodas, drink crystal light or iced teas instead, no carbohydrates EXERCISE
