You are managing quite well with written English. Far better than some people who claim to have English as their native language.
To learn any language, you really do have to speak it. You have to talk to people in that language.
That is the way I manage to keep my French and German alive.
At 57 I am way outside of your age range, but stay with it.
I look forward to meeting you in England some time - even if neither of knows that we're doing it!

Well, we only teach Spanish in American schools so you will probably have to go to India to learn English. They are the world's largest English speaking nation now. If you learn spanish you can shop in all the stores in America and buy goods manufactured in China.....now that's the American way.

Algeria is north african. In any way, it is said in my country if you want to learn how to speak english, you 'd have to jam a hot potato in your mouth.

I`m afraid you will not learn much English on here!
Most of them cannot spell and have difficulty putting down what is in their minds.
