How do you spend your days off, your quiet time?

Intense Inner Battles within myself (my training)...

Luckily, I am like a Saiyan (in Dragon Ball)... "If a Saiyan survives a near-fatal injury or goes through either an intense battle or training, then after recuperation they gain an increase in their power to a level that is far greater than what they had prior to the experience."

However, lately, I have been finding the inner battles much less intense. Battles are becoming more like tea parties every day. And, instead of fighting, I find myself laughing and enjoying the moments of what used to be intense conflict. =)

Now, the next step, is to learn to become a Super Saiyan! hehe

What's "quiet time"? My girls are ages 5, 10 &1.5 The little one likes to scream whenever the other two do something she don't like. The older two are usually arguing and they are homeschooled. So I guess any quiet time I have is when their daddy is home and I leave the house ALONE. Good times. Really, my kids are very well behaved....they just have their moments.
