Guys feel that they see there self as a woman. So they get a sex change to become a woman. They take hormones and go thought rehab to get there body looking like a woman. Some shemales have penis and some don't. Most do, but your be lucky to find one who does not.

Because this is how God created them. They can't help the way God created them. We need to understand some things just don't have a good explanation.

It is a genetic condition, you are born with both male and female sex parts. They are called hermaphodites, google it, you will learn something. The condition is rare, but it does exist and it can show up in a few forms.

that probably means that she has one ovaries and one testis. If she is said to be a she male and you can not see it than that is most likely it.
