Well, I wish I could have answered the original question. Still it appears I got the first vote in.

She should have been held in contempt of court, an alternate jury member put in her place and if unavailable, the case should have resulted in a hung jury.

"If I were king," I'd have thrown her out of the country on top of all that.

Jury members must be fair in the administration of justice. The decision must be based on admissible evidence to support their findings.
