ok i dont eat red meat so that good! but it seems like i cant have ANYTHING to eat now! ugh!

high fat dairy
chips
soda
candy
butter
oil
salt
red meat
fast food
processed anything
sugar (turns to fat in the body)
breads and pastas are high carbs

Cheese is gross, also butter and margarine on sandwiches are not needed. Don't eat white bread, there's nothing good in it at all. Dont eat pork, lamb or beef, the best meats are chicken, turkey and fish. This is what i stick to for a healthy lifestyle.

This is mostly what I eat: Good, whole, real, natural foods. Fruits, veggies, legumes (beans) whole grains...

I avoid overly processed foods, foods with ingredients that I cannot pronounce or look as though they were created in labs, artificial colors, flavors, etc. High calorie, processed foods, etc.
