it's pretty difficult for a philipino to get a visa to korea beause of labor law that restricts the numbers of foreigners coming to work here. since the number of work related visa has been allowed in this country there has been exceeding number of work visa's issued, not just for filipinos but for those of other nations in related cases. this resulted in a somewhat bias statise for trouists comeing to visit korea in tour from the philipines and other countries in relations. employees wanting to work in korea and employers in korea found atternitive's ways of comeing and bringing people for work related matters. where now the govnt. cought up to this alternative ways of empoyers and workers useing this metheds. one would be useing touists visa to get or to come for work. before tour visa to korea was for any philipino wanting to visit, but now because of this abuse of alternative means from emploees and employers, is the cause of bias that exists for the tourists of philipines and other related countries. this would be y it would be difficult for a philipino to get a tour visa to korea.

unless ofcourse u would be a middle or the upper class of the society. where u can state the legal means of ur estate in the philipines. show that u'll be back. this applies not just for phillipinos but for other countries thats tied in human resources coming to korea for work.

for a korean tourists wanting to visit nations that has not worked out it's visa matter. it would be the same as what i've described of pahilipinos comeing to korea. for the koreans wanting to visit countries that has no visa statise with korea. ex. japan and america.

korea is still a develeping nation. where do to high inflations causeing life standers fluctuateing is the reason y natives choose not to work in fields that r now available for foreign workers. not rich nor poor is the reason y korea can not afford to allow more then the amount of workers neccesary. though it is true that there exists still a gap of workers needed to work in those fields they have to put a lid on the numbers of workers comeing for reasons mentioned in this paragraph.

gO TO the Kotrean embassy in the Phils. in Makati...

if you really are a tourist, the you just need to fill up a form...

then if you wanna work, invitation from a Korean national would help but does not guarantee you of the chance, "show-money" also helps a lot.

in the first place, why are you going to Korea? if as a tourist, the travel agent must handle for you. you need to fill a form and submit a picture with it. You don't have to do it yourself.

The best way to start is to approach the Korean Embassy, or a Korean Consulate, if there is one near to where you live.
