Global warming is the irrational fear that the climate is heating up.

It's happening because there's millions to be made telling others that it exist, and only they can save you from it.

Global warming is the warming of the Earth which has been going on since the Ice Age which has come and gone Century's ago. Carbon fuel burning and hydrocarbons produced by the natural composting of natural plant life etc. also contributes to the problem. All we can do collectively is to do our part in conserving and not wasting energy by turning off the lights when leaving a room, not leaving the computer on 24/7 buying cars / trucks that are more fuel efficient.

To me global warming means "Global destabilization" since the weather around many parts of the world is not only getting warmer, it is just becoming more erratic with fiercer storms, colder and hotter weather, more floods, etc, so as to why they call it global warming I am not quite sure, but I really think that it should be called global destabilization.

At any rate, I have lots of info that I think you will find quite helpful and enlightening:

I also have lots of info in my blog to help fuel peoples imaginations to many possibilities that can be found only in the minds eye.

Along with lots of environmental info, amazing environmental pictures and videos (These videos show the beauty of this world and what life can be like if people take the time to appreciate life’s true beauty).

Let us all strive for a greener/brighter future by helping to create a solid foundation for future generations to build upon, so we can hand them a beautiful world, filled with never ending awe and wonders!!

Where peoples differences and uniqueness are accepted, where we all live as one, helping one another so that we can all play our own mysteriously beautiful melodies in the never ending, awe inspiring, song of life :-)

I truly have faith in humanity and believe that someday our lives and the world in which we live will truly be transformed for the better.

Look at the graph attached which shows the Milankovitch cycles caused by wobbles in our orbit around the sun.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milankovitch_cycles
Notice that the scale ends on the left and look at the glaciation. It is obvious, that we are and have been coming out of the last period of glaciation. That line is very steep indicating recent warming. It is recent but not so recent to be from man. Notice that it doesn't really vary from the past. Some alarmists want to focus on a very small time scale and generally cherry pick the evidence to scare people in my opinion.

Some gases ("greenhouse gases") let sunlight in, which warms the Earth, and then block that heat from leaving. That's the "greenhouse effect", and it's a natural thing, mostly caused by water vapor.

Man is making excessive amounts of greenhouse gases, mostly by burning fossil fuels. That causes the delicate natural balance to go out of whack and the Earth warms. That's global warming.

It won't be a Hollywood style disaster. Gradually coastal areas will flood and agriculture will be damaged. But it will be very bad. Rich countries will cope, but it will take huge amounts of money. In poor countries many people will die of starvation, but not all of them.

Most scientists say, in 20-50 years. But we need to start right now to fix it, fixing it will take even longer than that.

it's proven that everything is living and therefore everything changes from time to time, and global warming has happened before (just like the ice age has happened before), however it has not happened in our lifetime nor in the lifetime of anyone we know living today.

Global warming is basically what happens when chemicals from us humans eat at the atmosphere and deteriorate it. The reason why is because us humans realize this but we just don't care about it enough to re-spend all the money we put into it.

Global Warming - the state of heat being trap inside the atmosphere.

Cause - CFCs or carbon , fluorine and chlorine. These "thicken" the atmosphere as a result heat cant go out but stays in.
