570.94 miles exactly from Berlin to London.
With the size of London and Berlin accurate figures are impossible.
At top speed, which would have been employed in war time, the DC3 traveled at 216 mph.
And would have resulted in running out of fuel somewhere over The North Sea.
With a normal cruising speed of 192 mph, it would arrive in around 3 hours with time added on to allow for winds from the West or taken off for ones from the East . Providing, of course, that the Luftwaffe did not shoot down the unarmed transport aircraft.

570.94 miles exactly from Berlin to London. At top speed, which would have been employed in war time, the DC3 traveled at 216 mph. That results in a time of 2h 37m 24s. If the plane could not maintain top speed for that long, and with a normal cruising speed of 192 mph, it might have to drop down to 204 mph for half the flight. That results in a flight time of 2h 43m 17s. If the plane simply went at it's normal cruising speed (192 mph) for the duration of the flight, it would arrive in 2h 58m 25s.
