If you are interested in seeing information from specific nonprofits, you can get a copy of their latest annual report, and it will tell you the specifics of the organization and how much money was raised, and how it was spent. You can get the annual reports usually online, or contact them for it to be mailed to you. Nonprofits also must disclose their financials upon request. Another source is the guidestar website, which rates nonprofits, and provides such information online.

Non - Profit motive organisations means clubs,charitable institutes,Socities, hospitals etc where trade activity will not be entertained. But in India imagine amounts earned by Hospitals. Look at charges of the clubs. Rule is not rule for all.
