Its one of my FAVs! So I guess a woman. I think its the tonic that makes it more womanly.
Although, once on a date I ordered a Gin Tonic; him a Cranberry Vodka. Clear vs. Pink... was a little funny!
And really who cares? Yummy drinks are good-- man, woman or otherwise!

You're question isn't for an either or response. Both sexes enjoy Gin and Tonic.

Hey, I like them (hot and humid evenings in Miami) and I'm very much a man.
It was originally a man's drink I suppose because the gin was mixed with quinine (in the tonic water)... and i suppose they were (British) men who first ventured off into Malaria stricken areas and quaffed down G&Ts to stay "healthy".

there's nothing masculine or feminine about a gin and tonic.
Now, Pina Coladas, Daquris, Pink squirrels, Cosmos, etc; those ar girly drinks.
