Okay, I have this nagging pain on my right side, more towards my back... but it's sort of radiating to the front... making me kind of feel sick to my stomach. And I have a bad head ache. I'm at work so I can't go running to the doctor (already on here so I'm that bad employee) I've never felt anything like this anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?

Kidney stone, appentix, or gallbladder. I'd get it checked out. Good luck!

It's possible that this is your gallbladder. This could be a mild gall bladder attack. I recommend you don't eat any fatty foods. That is going to cause the pain to increase. Go on a low fat diet immediately. If possible today eat only fruit. This will help give the gall bladder a rest.

Drink lots of water as well. If you don't feel better in a few days see your medical doctor.

Sounds like a kidney stone. Buy some beer on your way home. It causes pressure on your urinary tract and numbs it also.
Unless it is a huge stone you should pass it no problem.
