Where can I find the weight watchers points systems, calories counter, just the whole system for FREE without having to join the site or a near by center.

Weight Watchers is not a non-profit. Their materials are patented and copyrighted for a reason. They make money on it. I doubt you will find all you want at no cost.

the best way is to watch what you are eating
here is a easy diet that work pretty good
day 1
breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or glass of grapefruit juice
2 eggs cook any way
2 slice bacon

lunch: 1/2 grapefruit or juice
salad with veggies and any kind of meat all u can eat

dinner 1/2 grapefruit or juice
salad with veggies and dressing
any kind of meat,,,all u can eat, the more u eat the more you will lose weight

you do that for 3 days
stop for one day and eat moderately anything then start again
it will give you energy, and lose about 5 pds
dont eat white veggies cawliflower

You can't - unless you buy it off e-bay, and then it won't be FREE. That's what copywrights are for. They pay for the research and development and then they sell it to others for a profit.

If you get it for FREE how do you know it's correct. There's a lot of misinformation floating around on the web.
