You must have a lot on your mind right now...I wouldn't hold too much too it, unless this becomes a pattern of ups and downs..and before I diagnose you here, ...I would need to know a lot more about you..so my suggestion, is to see how it foes for a while, and if it persists, then i would go talk to my doctor first..and then if it is something he thinks you could benefit from medication, take it from there ...good luck darling

You could be excited, happy about something, caffeine...But i've been there before when i was completely high under no influence such as sugar, coffee or anything like that. I think you're just having extra energy and your body is trying to use it may be lol. You'll be fine but if this keep going for another 12 hours then i hope you could go see a doctor to check up.

If u hurt soo much, have depression, anxiety, tensions of any kind in your mind than this will cause. or u r on work location on continous duty.
Whatsoever, if u have any of these kind of things first do what i am writing than go to a psychiatrist.....Lay down straight on a plain surface, take deep breaths, closed your eyes and order your hands (in mind) to be smooth and calm and free (Like a cat when she sleeps), than your legs than stomach than head, stop thinking anything else, stay in this condition for 15-20min. And if u find sleepy condition than sleep and after you wake up you will feel very lighter and calm.

Do you have bouts of this mixed with bouts of depression?

You might have bi-polar disorder. Please see your family doctor and let them know this.

If you do not have the depressive side, and the high side does not cause any trouble for you, you might be fine without meds. Some bi-polar people are highly creative when in the "high" state. Many famous artists were bi-polar.

At any rate, it is not "typical" to have a 36 hour high so do talk to your doctor.

Sounds like you are having a manic episode, do you have bi-polar? I would see a psychiatrist. I've never been so anxious that I didn't sleep for 36 hrs., that's ridiculous.

i think that you need to see someone about getting sleeping pills or have someone look into this to see if there is a reason. sometime i cant sleep if i have something on my mind so maybe you should go to like a spa and treat yourself and just relax for a wile.
