Try Clinque's 7 seven day scrub and Clinique has a 3 step cleaning for your face that works great! I use it and when I don't ,my face looks dull. It may seem a little pricey, but it last a good while and really is just a few bucks more and they do have sales. When it says...just a pea size for use,it is for real! Give it a try and can be found at department stores.

Spend more money, i bought Estee Lauder Refinisher for my mum when she was 45. Her skin was blotchy and dull, just within 3 days, it was all bright. Do some scrubs and take foods with more VIT C and Collagen drinks will definitely help. See all those Japanese with wonderful aged skin. This is what they do. Collagen!

It's about $200 but a chemical peel refreshes the skin and takes off at least3-7 years.

try SKII (sk2) products. www.sk2.co.uk
a range of japanese product very very popular in Asia.
Try Facial Treatment Essence which works on skin renewal.
SKII products are more for the 40+ age range as it effectively slows down the ageing process. a little expensive i would say though.

maybe it's not what you're putting on the outside, but what you are putting inside. do you eat a healthy diet? drink plenty of water? get enough exercise? to look and feel your best, you need to take care of yourself.
