We shall celebrate our 4ht anniversary within a month. And I began wondering and looking for the nicest and cutest gift. Any suggestions?

For your 4th anniversary the traditional gift is flowers or fruit. Modern gift is appliances... neither seem very imaginative or romantic.

It really depends on what type of relationship you have and what is important to you. If you are the romantic type, maybe a picnic lunch in the park would be nice. If you are practical maybe something you need for the house.

Or do what me and my hubby do, we go away for the weekend. We drive about 4 hours away to another city and have a night on the town a fancy dinner and overnight in a hotel!

i just had a 4 yr anniversary. i always like to surprise with experiences rather than material gifts. plan an anniversary day. find a place for indoor rock climbing and sign both of you up for a beginner session. there shouldn't be any commitment or contract for one session. go to an exhibit or play that you haven't been to before and end the night with a nice dinner at a new and fancy restaurant. studies have shown that sharing new experiences together is what keeps the "newness" in a relationship once the initial infatuation and crush is gone. have fun!

also, i am a sociology student conducting an anonymous study on marriage. visit: http://geocities.com/sbiv37/marr to participate.

I bought a crystal photo, which has a photo inside crystal. It came with a gift box and my partner loved it on our Wedding Anniversary. We got it from http://www.crystalphotos.com.au and it turned out great.

It's hard to give ideas without knowing anything about the person you are buying the gift for.
