You need to take a break from the internet for a few days. Give your hand time for the muscles to recover. In the meantime In the evening take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. Afterwards massage an analgesic cream into your hand. This will help relax the muscles in your hand. Take Advil liquid capsules four times daily for the pain And inflammation.

Cut your time on the internet and using the mouse. Take breaks every fifteen minutes and rest your hand. This will help you not have constant pain.

you are probably right about the cause. this happens to me too but usually from the mouse and not the keyboard. your body is telling you it needs a rest so you should listen.
