Your city pound should pick it up if notified, doesn't hurt to give em a call and check.

Well if it wasn't really messy I'd move it off the road for a start then, if it wasn't wearing a name tag I'd call the council and they'd send someone out to collect it.

In our city it's animal control who remove dead animals. But your local shelter will know who you need to contact. Call them.

if you dont kno who owns it,id ring the local council.they will get someone to collect it.oh incase your game enuf does it have a collar on,it may have a contact number it.how dead is it,you could see if its microchipd by leaving at a vet..if its not sqished dead..or is it stray

Call the city they most likely will have street cleaning pick it up. DO NOT CALL THE POLICE!!!
