what benefits did you gain??

PS:i think it's very good to do it but i don't know the benefits of it.

i do hatha yoga or hata yoga which is the most basic form of yoga... normally i have a 30 mins. morning session which i totally enjoy...

physically, i'm definately healtheir, blalanced, and more flexible... mentally, i'm much more relaxed and alert... little things will never get to me on a day with morning yoga...!

doing yoga requires the correct breath work, or else it's just like any other work out... after the yoga session the body should be more relaxed and energized, not tired which maybe an indication that something went wrong...

yoga is all about respecting the body... one shouldn't force any posture but rather try to get the correct posture bit by bit untill it's correct... each body is different and limitations must be respcted...!

TONS of flexibility, a fantastic muscle building workout (power yoga) and invaluable relaxation techniques. Helped me get back in shape after having a child. Go for it!

No yoga, but, as you know, TKD. But there are a lot of benefits that you get from both. Like flexibility, but it also helps with your breathing and it kind of centers you out.

I do some while stretching before I run. It helps keep my body limber.
