Wow, all these different answers for a really simple sentence!
Ignoring the typo in the question and assuming that Gamer is speaking to a woman, you say "Tu es belle et je t'aime." (tee* ay bell ay zheh tem) Ee* means you say ee but round your lips as if to say ooh, and zh is the same as the s in pleasure.

Olleg v is right, but in the sentence you wrote you speaking a slang as you put your instead "you are" or "you're," therefore, your translation should be "t'es (tu es) belle et je t'aime"

Tu es belle et je t'aime. (Assuming you're talking to a girl you know well.)
Boo to everyone who's thumbing me down! The question asked about "YOUR beautiful"! The "exact phrase". It also makes no sense to combine "vous êtes" with "je t'aime". If you're on formal (vous) terms with someone, you stay on those terms for the whole sentence!
