Yes you can. You can put as many as you can find places to mount them if you want. Just be sure that you add the correct transmission fluid to top off the level. Most Dodge vehicles use +3 or +4 fluid! Do not put in Dextron!!!

While the above answers are true to a point, but if you add too many or too large of transmission coolers you will over heat the engine due to the restriction of air flow across the radiator. If you really are having such transmission cooling problems consider a second electrically cooled cooler but remote mounted away from the radiator.

It is easier to get synthetic transmission fluid as well as a deeper transmission pan. If you are seeing high transmission temps, you are likely getting slippage in the torque converter. Upgrade to a more efficient torque converter and you will eliminate excessive slippage and get more power to the ground.
