It's alright, but you really need to add a salad.

I would eat that for a meal, minus the sub, not for a whole day. Two days this week I had baked beans (fat free/vegetarian) on whole wheat toast (without the high fructose corn syrup and other artificial crap), and steamed veggies. For a snack, I had some fruit.

I used to do smoothies with soy milk, but the blender started to act funky. I discovered that I liked the frozen fruit, straight from the freezer, better. It's like sorbet.

I would NOT eat at Subway unless I really needed to eat. All of their bread is white, not whole grain and their sandwiches are full of sodium (even the Veggie Delite which I find disgustingly ironic).

My advice to you is not to count calories. Count fat grams. You could possibly eat 7 small meals a day if you count fat grams and not calories.
