In Luke 4:41, Jesus refused to be called the Son of God by demons. Do you think that Jesus would rebuke the demons, or anyone else for that matter, for telling the truth? Unquestionably, no! Jesus rebuked the demons because they were saying something false by calling him the Son of God. Also, if the demons knew that Jesus was the Christ, for Jesus to shut them up because they called him the Christ is a contradiction to Jesus’ mission.
In Luke 9:20 & 21, Jesus said unto his disciples:
"But who say ye that I am? Peter answered saying, "The Christ of God, and Jesus straightly charged them and commanded them to tell no man that thing."
Furthermore, verses like John 3:2, John 6:14, John 7:40, Matthew 21:11, Luke 7:16 and 24:19 confirm that Jesus accepted the title of teacher, Prophet and called himself the son of man in Matthew 8:20, 12:40, 17:9 & 12, 26:24, Luke 9:26, 22:48, 22:69, and 24:7. The most conclusive verse that says Jesus is the son (servant) of man is Mark 14:26 where

I dont know man. I doubt if they did. I think Christianity was set up by the church to control the masses and over time the true meaning of it got distorted.

Holy copy and paste! Look. Punter. Darling. Brother. I respect the fact that you're Muslim, and that's absolutely fine. But why try to comment on something you know absolutely nothing about?
Jesus Himself says that He is the Son of God. The demons KNEW He was the Son of God, they didn't just think He was. Jesus didn't want them shouting it from the mountaintops because the people would have immediately stoned Him, and it wasn't His time to die yet. Besides, the prophesies in the Old Testament SAID that He would be crucified, so He COULDN'T be stoned if He was to fulfill the prophesies. Not only that, but even Him riding into town on a borrowed donkey and the people waving palm branches and shouting "hosanna" was part of a prophecy, and THAT had to happen first.
You have NO understanding of Christianity whatsoever. Stick to what you DO know, which is obviously Islam. You won't be converting anyone here, unless they know nothing about Christianity.

Demons took part in the formation, but only in a negative sense, in that they were trying to hinder and/or stop it. And as another answerer noted, they were only "bit players" in all of this.
The reason Jesus wanted the disciples, demons, and just about everyone not to make a big deal out of Him being God come to earth was timing. He wasn't ready to reveal that quite yet as He still had much left to do to prepare the way while He was here on earth. A total reading of all Gospel accounts in proper context will allow you to come to this conclusion.

Jesus did not command them to be quiet because of what they said, but because of who they were who were saying it. Same as happened to St. Paul, in Acts, when fortune-teller started saying that Paul was teaching God's truths. When Jesus spoke with the Samaritan woman, and she spoke of the coming Messiah, He said, "I am He." and when St. Peter said, "you are the Christ, the Son of the living God" Jesus said he was right, and that Peter was given that knowledge by the grace of God.

I think you are misinterpreting things and taking them out of context. Jesus told his disciples to be careful about what they spoke at certain times because the many Jews thought the messiah would be a political leader. This was something Jesus strongly wished to avoid.
"Since Jesus knew that they were going to come and carry him off to make him king, he withdrew again to the mountain alone" (John 6:15).
How do you answer these scriptures?
"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called ‘Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace’" (Is. 9:6).
"Simon Peter replied, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’ And Jesus answered him, ‘Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven’" (Matt. 16:16-17).
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1).
"Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am" (John 8:58).
"‘I and the Father are one’" (John 10:30).
"For in him [Christ] the whole fulness of deity dwells bodily" (Col. 2:9).
"In many and various ways God spoke of old to our fathers by the prophets; but in these last days he has spoken to us by a Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He reflects the glory of God and bears the very stamp of his nature, upholding the universe by his word of power . . ." (Heb. 1:1-3).
"But of the Son he says, "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever, the righteous scepter is the scepter of thy kingdom. . . . And, "Thou, Lord, didst found the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of thy hands." (Heb. 1:8, 10)

you misrepresented that, just a tad. anywhoo. i don't care.
demons were part of christianity. they were relatively minor characters in a drama of epic proporitons. I was much more impressed with the performance of mary magdalene. breathtaking....
jesus had a clear concept of good and evil. demons were evil, so he stuck them in some animals. as animals are of no value to god.
