I recently lost one of my eyes and I had to go to the MVA to get my driver license back. They give you a special form for your doctor to fill out, Pretty much all of the states allow one-eyed drivers, so long as their eye is correctable to close to 20/20 vision.

The next thing you should know is that outside of about 20 feet, everybody sees the world as if they only had one eye. This means that your driving will be pretty much unchanged for everything that you see which is more than 20 feet away from you.

You will not have the same peripheral vision as you did before, because of your nose. This means that you will have somewhat of a "blind spot" on the side of your lost eye. It will take a couple of days to get used to this blind spot, and you will need to learn to turn your head more frequently from side-to-side instead of merely relying on side ward glances from your remaining eye.

Within 20 feet you will not have the same level of depth perception as you did before. This means that you must be especially careful in parking, and you should avoid "tight spaces".

I am legally blind in one eye. I wear hard contacts in both eyes. The back of my Drivers License says I must wear corrective lenses. Yes you can get a drivers lic. You would not be able to become a pilot because "one eye vision" makes for poor depth perception.

Yes, I've had both a car and motorcycle licence for 40 years. Only once in that time was I questioned, and I had to re-sit an eye test. When I couldn't see the chart with my left eye, they passed me anyway!
BUT, it would help to know which country you are in I am in Australia

in most areas yes, however they may require some adaptive equipment such as special mirrors and thing of that nature. This is assuming that the other eye is correctable to normal vision
