Chan. Speed is no match for skill, and its not like Jackie Chan is slow either.

Both Jackie Chan and Jet Li are ACTORS, not fighters, Jet LI has won numerous FORMS wushu tournaments, he does not have fighting experience, Jackie Chan is an amazing stunt man and also has martial art training, but again he does not have ring experience.
So to answer your question, the winner will always be:

Jet Li: He's a professional athlete - Wu Shu champion.
Although, Jackie is in phenomenal shape, you'd have to think being in his mid 50's and probably 15 lbs lighter than Jet would probably put him at some sort of dissadvantage.

i like jackie chans attitude. jet lee is kinda dark at times, not many smiles. but jet lee fights a lot cooler. and jackie uses the environment around him alot.

I'd have to go with Jet Li. Hes been winning tournaments since he was a little kid.
