Not one, but three will put you in the hot seat. Denying the Holy Ghost, Cold Blooded Murder, and Adultry.
Or you can walk into a random Born Again Christian Church, Kill the minister, Rape his wife and tell the congregation that there is no god. Then, ignite the suicide bomber vest.
If you were Muslim you would go to paradise and have 72 virgins a day at your beck and call. If you were Christian, you would definaltely go right straight to hell.

Mistrusting the mercy of God.(Consider your sins so great that God cannot forgive you)
Envy the spiritual good of your neighbor.
Final impenitence.
Resisting the known truth.
Presuming on the mercy of God. (Thinking you will go to heaven automatically without repentance and merit)
Obstinacy in sin.
All of these sins are sins against the Holy Spirit.

To believe your sin is too great for Christ to forgive it. This questions His ability to forgive any sin. Actually there is no sin so great that His sacrifice cannot atone for it. You, however, must approach Him with humility and a contrite heart with a purpose of amendment and ask for His forgiveness. And then He will.

Defaming the Holy Spirit, not so much with your mouth but with your heart and your deeds. If this is a person's heart attitude to the grave then expect condemnation from God. This actually brings up another important point. See how God the Father insist that humanity honor the FULL Godhead (Father, Son and HOLY SPIRIT )as GOD?
