probably not a cold that you think you're catching.
allergies? take a antihistamine
congestion from the change in humidity? take a decongestant.
i would try these things one at a time and see if one works

Sometimes air-cons can really dry out the breathing passages and make you feel like you have a cold, but make sure you have the air-con serviced (or buy a DIY air-con sanitizer).. its really important because it can harbour lots of germs and that could be where you are getting the cold germs from.

medications might give you temporary results.
try some thing else, you the temp is 40 degree isn't it, you sweat a lot.
you need to keep your cars doors open for some time for fresh air to pass in,. so that the air inside the car changes, try to clean the cloths on the seat or the car floor frequently..
this is allergic, keep a air purifier in the car.
(if possible keep bio-disc found in Malaysia)

You do not have a cold.
The a/c causes your nose and throat to dry out and makes you feel stuffed up. Try a saline nasal spray and decongestant for a week or so and see if you improve.

don't put the ac on its coldest setting. start the ac and gradually turn up the cold, let your body temp adjust especially if you have been sweating. this sudden temp changes causes body chills.
