Communism in theory is ideal

Communism didn't work very well obviously. It looks great on paper and it might work if the ones on top were unthinking machines, but greedy humans will always be corruptible.

Capitalism is eating itself. Wasting resources to produce 20 slightly different brands of toothpaste is insanity.

The golden middle between the two would maybe work. Some hybrid communist-capitalist guided economy perhaps.

Capitalism. Communism and socialism plunder the productive to give to those who are not productive. It is a recipe for national suicide. Capitalism, on the other hand, lets people profit from their productivity, and this also results in jobs. People work in dignity, get paid a reasonable salary, and can support their families without fear of being plundered. When people feel they are not paid enough, they can negotiate for higher wages. Even if someone who set up a large company is a real jerk, he still provides employment, and whenever he spends his money, he provides employment. When he invests, he provides employment. People deserve to earn what they earn, and they will respond with diligence. If people are rewarded according to their hard work, they will be slothful. I had a man from Czech (while it was still communist) come to work on my house. He did a lousy job. The people of Czech had no work ethic under communism. I had to pay him to redo the job. I will never hire him again. The plumbing in Russia doesn't work, because there is no incentive to put in decent plumbing. Everything is run down. There is extreme poverty there now. I don't have any idea how they will pull out of it. The nations that bit the bullet and installed the capitalist system (Poland, New Zealand) are now prosperous. It takes a few years, but it works well. Capitalism is the natural inclination of people. Communism and socialism are attempts to make people charitable. You can't make people charitable. If they're not learning charity from their religion, they will only resent it, and look for ways to avoid doing it. You don't have a right to force other people to be charitable.

We've never seen Communism in action. We've only experienced the interim of the prolitariat segment of communism, as it relies on global resources. There are inherent problems with the theories behind it though, we're effectively at the mercy of the dictator in office until global resources are realized, and then we're at his/her good graces in terms of well-being. That having been said, anybody who owns everything cannot be bribed, which is a perk. Still, I don't trust any single-leader government.
I'm a technocrat. I believe we should have the brightest minds in every science and art lead the country through an elected single charismatic decision-maker who mediates the concerns and performs a valuation based upon the will of the people. The chair-holders in each category of expertise would not be voted for by the public, but would be appointed by the vote of their specific caste--for example, an economist would be voted for by a sort of guild of economists. In this way, the best and brightest can lead our society to true progression.

I believe in Capitalism It says in scripture, He who doesn't work, Doesn't eat.
Communism and Socialism encourages laziness. For a society to progress people need to live with enthusiasm.

Also. Let those who have plenty, share with those who have little. This needs to come from peoples hearts not from an impersonal government trying to keep everyone poor while the government gets richer.

When I was younger I was a socialist. As an economic system, capitalism works better, but needs a lot of vigilance to keep it in check.

The capitalism of Marx's day was a disaster waiting to happen. The socialism he proposed was a disaster that actually did happen.

These days we take social safety nets and legal requirements for corporate good governance for granted.

I'm into capitalism with smart controls, liberalism and a good dose of "socialist" safety nets.

Capitalism.

Because I believe in freedom, individuality, property rights, and personal responsibility. And because I don't believe in thievery, slavery, or large oppressive government.

P.S.
Jesus advocated a VOLUNTARY communal lifestyle for some. He was apolitical, and therefore DID NOT advocate communism, socialism, or any other rancid form of government.

Since he taught that thievery is wrong, there is absolutely no way on earth that he would have ever deemed a socialist government 'good'.

Even socialists are capitalists. All the way from the obese woman (with her 5 ill behaved and illegitimate children) standing in front of you in the line at the grocery store taking a million years trying to get her foodstamps card to work, up to the politician whose sole incentive for running for public office is the money they know they can steal from the taxpayers once elected.

Odd. Anyone at all who has given just slightly more attention to the abomination of 'government charity' has discovered that it takes 25-100 times more money for the government to feed the poor than it does for private charity to perform the same function. Same thing goes for health care, disaster relief, etc. Yet so many poor, brainwashed-but-well-meaning sheep keep beating the same old, flat, socialist drum. Very odd.

While I do not believe in everything that is written in the bible, there are many things outside of the gospels which make sense to me. One of them is: "If any should not work, neither should they eat."

Jesus taught that we should help people who need it. Back when that obese woman at the market still had only one child, she needed help. But after demonstrating her own apathy towards her own child's situation by giving it four more illegitimate siblings, she no longer needs help.

Her children need help. They need to be placed in a home with a family that wishes to provide a proper example for them to follow, and who will bring them up to be moral, ethical, self-sufficient, educated individuals with a healthy dose of common sense.

If you were to align these three choices to Religion, it would have to be Communism in its PUREST form --not quite like any form of government at all. When applied properly, it follows the doctrine of true brotherhood within the community it is practiced.

"No one is wealthy and no one is poor [or hungry]. Everyone works in the garden of the brotherhood, and each one follows his own path and communes with his own heart..." --Law of the Brotherhood.

The world's perception on Communist countries is looked upon with a jaundiced eye for one of its major flaws: Aside from the greed of the powers that be, the people's FREEDOM OF CHOICE [or free will] is non-existent.

Peace be with you.

Communism. I like the idea of a society where everybody contributes according to their ability, and everybody takes according to their need; there is plenty for everybody. It looks really good on paper. The root word Commune is the same as the root of "Community," which is essentially what Communism is supposed to be.

Too bad reality is a different matter--mankind is nowhere near mature enough to handle it. I follow capitalism as a survival mechanism.

I identify with Freedom...capitalism seems to be the best......but the guide lines over the years have been altered....and it seems that it is a brand of pimping these days instead of blessing.

Get rich quick schemes in the capitalist business world, (buyouts, IPOs, conglomerates, acquisitions, mergers, and the stock market), do not actually work. Remaining solvent does not actually exist within false economics capitalism.

Profit existing in the capitalist business world, or millionaires existing within capitalism, is pathological deception committed by the 21 organizations spying on the public with plain clothes agents, (with covert fake names and fake backgrounds).

Actual economics involves the persons paying the monthly business loan payments of companies voting at work in order to control the property they are paying for.

Capitalism is the psychology of imaginary parents, false economics, and the criminal deception of employees that are paying the bills (including the stocks and bonds, or shares) of companies.
