Hi i have a 15 month labrador ***** that still has not come in season / on heat, is this normal?

I will get her "fixed" when she is half way to her second season.

Umm....I thought they were usually suppose to go in heat anywhere from 6 mos to a year old..maybe try asking a vet?

Some dogs can take up to 18 months. However, the SOONER you get her fixed, the easier it will be for the dog! Anesthesia is really tough on dogs..

seh may not have her heat until 18 mnths - 2 years.
there is no reason to wait and better if you get her spayed now less chance of the cancer problems.

Get your dog fixed. There are too many dogs in the shelters.
