And i dont file any kind of taxes at all for over 10 years ago.

Your income can't be garnished if it comes from:

Social Security benefits
Retirement plan benefits
Public assistance benefits

Unless the judgment is for child or spousal support, your income can't be garnished if it comes from:

Workers' compensation awards
Unemployment benefits
Disability benefits

If your SSD is consider as earn wage when you do your taxes, then yes.
