I have a place on the bottom of the flat part of my foot by my baby toe that hurts extremly unbearably bad. It has a hard lump under the skin and a small hole surrounded by dry skin and every now and again a thing that looks like a seed can be pulled out? What is it? Is it a corn or what? Just by touching it sends horrible pain and cannot hardly walk on it. Here is a link to a picture of it.

It's a plantar wart. Go to a podiatrist and he will be able to remove it right away.

Its a corn. I had one, years ago when I worked on my feet on a hard surface in bad shoes., I was hella young too, like 19!
I used corn remover then ended up pulling it out, yeowch!
But I haven't had one since.
Mine was on the balls of my feet below my big toe

You could have a foreign body that has become lodged deeply in the toe. That much pain warrants a trip to the MD.

It could be a plantar wart. I suggest you see your doctor, especially because it is causing you some discomfort.
