I have a good peanut butter fudge recipe that I will share with you. Here it is:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Place sugar and milk into heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well. Pour into greased pan. Cool and cut. Store in a tightly closed container.

Not too hard, and very tasty! Enjoy.
