Let's see.....How about sugar free Kool-Aid in a ice tray-wait till frozen and put it in a blender????(semi chop it up though). Like they do in the hospital (ice chips). I might even try that one! Have a great day!!!

When I need a sweet fix, I always have to have it. Therefore, my solution is to run a mile. Then have whatever sweet I want, usually chocolate ice cream. Indulge, life is short. Just burn the calories with a little work.
