You won't be losing 3 inches in a week. Also, with exercising, you should also be eating right, such as lean proteins and complex carbs. You won't lose anything if you eat unhealthily.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

whats the rush??? try doing slower sit up, like taking two beats to go up instead of one, you'll burn a lot more. Also try taking your legs off the floor and cross them, then slowly , over a course of days, weeks, build up to doing crunches with your legs straight up. when doing these lift your bottom off the ground when doing the sit ups. it really help, if you do this for 30 min each day, without stopping, your self esteem grows and you feel much lighter, except i do 4 hours of soccer also (2 on some days) every day. so do some running. Try and find music with a good beat to work out with. And don't forget about the diet part....eat really healthy!

Your doing everything great, I suggest maybe you include a "healthy diet" -Yeah I hate those two words too haha. But maybe find some good fruits you like and veggies. Also find a balance between what you eat and how much you exsersize. Search the internet for how many situps you need to do to loose a certain amount of calories then calculate how many calories you eat per day and how many you loose. Also read this. It might help.

the food you eat is actually more important than the exercise you do..think about it..a half hour workout is equivalent to the calories in 2 recess cups.
