I was fired from my last job about three months ago, haven't found another one yet. My last boss wasn't exactly the best person to work with. Some of the things he did include:
-Humiliate me in front of the staff and vendors
-Threatened to demote me if I ever called in sick
-Ordered me to violate the company's safety policy (BTW he was also Safety Coordinator)
-Lied to me on a daily basis
-Do random cleanings of my desk, in which he threw out projects I was working on (One of the reasons I was told I was being fired is because projects wern't being finished)
-Refused to listen to me when I told him I was having trouble with some aspects of my job
-Would refuse to answer my questions and when I proceeded to do things on my own, he would tell me I was wrong
-Constantly called me a failure
I see other people say "put a positive twist on your firing", but how can you do that when there is no positive to all of what I just said?
