Do I believe...? Yes....and i would think that before you start dabbling in things you obviously dont understand, you would stop to gain a little bit of knowledge before throwing words around.
"An harm ye none, do what ye will"
We, as a pagan culture do not seek to control others or cause hardships, for there will be consequences for all of our actions.
I hope you are prepared to deal with yours.
May your payment be swift and fierce, lest ye break the rede again....
Perhaps instead of watching so much television, you should break out some books and find out the history of what it is you wish to practice. Once you gain knowledge, then comes experience, and with experience comes wisdom.
Blessed Be

Trinity
you may want to find out the reason we say blessed be....then perhaps you wont find it sounds so retarded...and start using spellcheck please, if you claim to practice the craft, you must represent properly. In short, this would mean study....!

Wicca is not simply witchcraft (magick, spells, etc). It is a complete religious doctrine and way of life - just like Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.
Performing (or attempting to perform) spells does not make you a Wiccan. You were simply trying to perform magick, which can be done by anyone regardless of their religions beliefs. Witchcraft is simply that - a craft, a skill. But as with any skill it's one that you have to work hard at learning, over many months/years/lifetimes.
Also, you really need to get a grip on the ethics and repercussions of witchcraft before you start casting. Whether or not you choose to follow high ethics, you at least need to be aware of the energetic processes and consequences of what you are casting. Any spell cast on another person create a psychic link that that individual and you. Unless you know how to cut these ties, you'll remain linked to them for better or worse (usually worse). Also, if you are not trained in actually focusing the intent of spells they can have unwanted effects on you and those around you.
So, until you obtain some structured training in spellcraft, I suggest you stop playing around with it. It's basically akin to you playing electrician without any training or experience in safely working with electricity. Seriously - it's the SAME THING. I severely doubt that you would start cutting wires and whatnot, so why would you play with magick without knowing what you're doing.
Magick is a practice for the mature. You seem extremely young and reckless. You should have a few thoughts for your future and decide to be responsible, and educate yourself before going any further.
Again, Wicca does NOT equal magick spells. It's a religion. And being a witch is not something you play at, it's something you work at very hard for many years to become proficient at. Undertaking training in magick is like signing up for University and Graduate School all at once. It's that big of a committment.

Wicca is not just a hobby, it's a religion and many of the things you have said were very offencive. I'm sure you did not mean to be, but it would be best if you did some research before deciding if this is the path for you. Also, the spells you have done are very dangerous as they are considered harmful and the first rule of Wicca is "An it harm none, do what thou wilt" There are strong Karmic consequences for ignoring this rule. I am relatively new to the religion, but I have done a lot of research and am continuing to learn. You have received a lot of great answers from some very experienced people, please take what they say into consideration.
Blessed Be.

Why would ya want to do an 'enslavement spell'?!? That is really what a 'love spell' is. You are forcing another to love you. Which is silly, since you will always be wondering if they really do love ya.
Another alternative would be a 'confidence spell' so you can actually talk with a person you like. An 'Allure Spell' is kinda fun so you can get some added attention upon occation.
Caution on the 'payback' spell though, if you send those energies out, they will come back on you (3 fold rule), so make sure you are payin back too else the ickies will snag you too.

I have believed in Wicca for some 20 years.
If what you have posted is any indication of your ethic, then while you may believe in Wicca, you have no real idea about what it is.
The fact that you seem to enjoy controlling people and causing people suffering tells me you are:
1. Young and immature, thus no Real Wiccans should take anything you say seriously
2. A person with no decent moral or ethics, thus no Real Wiccans should want to have anything to do with you.

First, don't just start doing spells. You've gotta understand where the energy comes from and how to use it first. If you are really interested in learning the Craft of the Wise, find a local coven.

Your question is already confused? Wicca is very real and very dangerous. Don't start playing around with curses. You will open your spirit and mind to demonic control. I've had to help many people who have played around with this, and it has messed them up.
Do you also realise that curses can ve reversed, or revoked 100 fold. If these people knew, they could do this to you. How awful wanting to curse people, and then having a laugh because they are having a bad day.
I really suggest you do a lot of research into the Occult and UNDERSTAND what you are really dabbling in.

I believe that you should learn how to spell before you post things. Better yet, spell check button.
