The temp you cited is on the high end of normal, but doesn't quite qualify as a fever.
The persistent headache is a bit more worrying. That, along with the temp and the toothache, sounds like you might have an infection.
Take some tylenol for the headache and the temp (read the bottle - but def. no more than 2,000 mg every 24 hours) and make a regular appointment with your doctor, or nurse practicioner.
Don't skip the doctor appointment. Nobody here online is a doctor, and even if one of us were, we couldn't give you a proper diagnosis online.

You're probably just fine. The 97.8 degrees Fahrenheit human temperature is an average, not a set-in-stone number that if you deviate you're sick :-) Your headaches could be anything from a mild cold to a tight upper-trapezius muscle. Grab a normal dose of Ibuprofen and relax with a good movie :) You'll be fine!

You might have a mild infection if this is an abnormal temperature for you. If it persists, I'd consider going to see a nurse practitioner. She can take your blood pressure and give you advise.
Sometimes a quick call to your doctor's office with a list of symptoms is sufficient. If you have a serious combination of symptoms, he or she may want to see you.

99.8 is still in the normal temp range. You don't have a fever until an oral thermometer reads 100.5 or more. At least that is what my kids' pediatrician told me.

sounds like a "low grade fever". maybe an infection and your body is trying to heat it up alittle to kill the infection, you may need anti biotics, you should see a doctor. You don't have to go to the hospital, just a regular doctor, tomorrow.
