I think so. It has some chemicals that may irritate. Best to use, the old standby, Vaseline or KY jelly.

Don't do it. You will get an infection and you really don't want to get an infection down there. Get you some KY Jelly or any other kind of personal lubricant. In my own experience, I think that saliva ( spit ) is the best lubricant, and it's free!
OMG, I just went back and read some of the other answers and I had to LMAO at JAY K's answer.

Most body lotions have fragrances and chemicals that can dry and irritate sexual partners. If you're in a pinch, olive oil works and is not drying. But for regular use good old K-Y or another peronsal lubricant is best.

I'm not exactly sure, but one time I was in such a hurry with a girl who wanted me to put it someplace nasty I just grabbed shaving gel. You know the gell kind that's supposed to be cool when you shave. I never did get to ask her if anything bad happened from it.

Yes, yes and yes. It can decrease the effectiveness of condoms and it can lead to bacterial growth in certain areas. It's not meant for lube, don't use it as such!!

It sounds like you may have bacterial vaginosis. See a doctor to find out for sure what is causing your symptoms, and to get appropriate treatment. If you do have bacterial vaginosis, you will need to take antibiotics to cure it.

oil based products are known to cause wear and breakage on condoms
don't risk it, just get normal lubricants.
